Situated on Sechelt’s historic downtown waterfront shoreline, this large craftsman style home boasts large vaulted ceilings with expansive windows to maximize the beauty and light of the ocean views. Outside, we needed to account for king tides and potential flood risks so our team built the foundation higher than normal and brought in a verti block retaining wall to provide stability at the shoreline to help protect this new home for generations to come.
