1. Consultation

Every great build starts with a conversation. Book your free consultation and tell us about your vision — your lot, your budget, your must-haves, and the consultants you’re already working with. We’ll ask the right questions so nothing gets missed from the start.

2. Planning

Once we understand your goals, we get to work. We’ll show you exactly what’s possible within your budget and put together a detailed project plan — proposed costs, timeline, and provide a contract for the project. From there we assemble your team of consultants, conduct a full site visit, secure all necessary reports, permits, and engineering details, and arrange your building insurance. No surprises. Just a clear path forward.

3. Pre-Construction

With permits secured, the real work begins. Our team clears the lot, handles excavation, and ensures all utilities — septic or sewer, water, and electrical — are properly connected. We coordinate directly with any engineers required before moving into footing and foundation work. The groundwork for your dream home starts here.

4. Construction

This is where your home comes to life. Our full-service team works on interior and exterior simultaneously — which means no waiting on subcontractors and no delays to your timeline. Every stage of construction is managed by the Spani team, including all required building inspections, so you can trust that every detail is handled with the same care from start to finish.

5. Completion

The moment you’ve been waiting for. Once the final inspection is complete and your occupancy permit is in hand, we walk you through your finished home — every room, every detail — and hand you the keys.
