Off Grid Building

A great example of Spani’s work with off grid technologies and working in a remote location! Perched on a solid rock surface on a private island in Blind Bay, this build required all materials and equipment to be barged to and from the job site according to marine and coastal regulations. The home features solar and back-up generator systems, a unique wood-fired forced air heating furnace, a new dock and gangway at the waterfront, and a solar-powered desalination system for a brand new well our team drilled into the solid rock face. This off grid dream home was built to last several lifetimes.
