This was a truly custom home build, from top to bottom, inside and out, and still one of our favourite showpieces! Located near Smuggler Cove, this home was a client-driven design that included a geothermal heating system, full custom interior, an outdoor pool built on a cliffside, and waterfront gangway and dock. It retains the best of what our rugged coastline has to offer in a beautifully executed luxury home. We were so lucky to collaborate with a great client on this one, so we could realize their vision.
