Here’s a great example of how Spani has helped build the Sunshine Coast and some of its cornerstone landmarks. The Painted Boat Resort is a multi-building luxury complex featuring 31 waterfront villas, a world-class restaurant, and high-end spa. Designed by Mobius Architecture, the resort is perched on a waterfront hillside making for some accessibility challenges during construction. But the spa grounds in particular remain a major point of pride for our team, featuring real stone masonry, multiple pools and bathing units, a switch-operated waterfall in a stunning garden setting. Kudos to the Spani team involved in this build!
