Perched high above Sechelt’s downtown waterfront, this penthouse suite was a complete renovation done in conjunction with Mobius Architecture and Dana Brash interior design. The interiors were stripped down to the studs and fully reworked to modernize this home and maximize the views over the water with a charming rooftop deck and mini courtyard garden in the centre. Being an older concrete structure, accessibility was a major challenge for our team so new materials were put in place with a crane on the outside of the building. Our clients couldn’t believe the transformation!
